Although the weather was cool and damp, parishioners from St. Clement’s gathered to dedicate and bless our new flagpole on Memorial Day weekend 1921. It was erected in the memory of loved ones from the parish who passed away in the last few years. Deacon Erik G Soldwedel and wardens, Phil Allen and Suzanne M Hesse will establish a small garden and meditation spot under the pole during the summer.
